Shopping procedure:
Order By Phone
Make your jewelry selection, and write down the item type, style number, price, and which catalog showroom that you found the item in. It's also a good idea to print a copy of the item.
For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, c.o.d. or check. If you are paying by credit card please have your credit card number and expiration date handy.
Call the phone number listed on our web site to place the order.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
Paying by check or money order
You can select ‘pay by check' on the order form, and send us a personal check or money order in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order. Please note that currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U. S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't fully process your order until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order about seven to ten days.
Delivery of your order
Your purchase may be obtained by making arrangements to pick it up at our store or we can ship it to you. The standard delivery rate is $7.50, but this may vary depending on type of shipping and insurance costs. Delivery is normally 7-14 business days after the order is received. Orders will be shipped by U.S. Mail. No charge for rush orders. Orders paid by check will be shipped when the funds have cleared.
Ring Sizing
Generally, all rings will be sent in women's standard size 6-7 and men's standard size 10 unless otherwise specified. On items requiring sizing, add one week to the delivery schedule. If you do not know your ring size, you can visit our store and we can determine the correct finger size.
Special Order Policy
Orders that are custom made or a special order may take longer to fulfill. Please contact us to get an estimate about the item you are interested in. Items that have been custom made or specially modified are not subject to return.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to make arrangements to return or exchange the item within 14 days. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items that have been custom made or specially modified are not subject to return.

We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but we are human. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. All prices listed in this site are in U.S. dollars.
